Where the Climate is Right!
Wall Street Moves to Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay, with 3.3 million people and gross domestic product of close to $80 billion, is one of the largest consumer and retail markets in the U.S. Job growth rates are twice the national average and Newsweek magazine projects one million new jobs in our region between now and 2025. Places Rated Almanac lists Tampa Bay as one of the most livable metropolitan areas in the country and we consistently get high marks for our small business and entrepreneurial environment.

The
Southern Auto Corridor: It's all the Rage
The
Southern
Auto Corridor is a phrase that has been used
almost every year over the last 10 years by CNN,
USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune,
BusinessWeek and The New York Times, among other
major media outlets in various reports on the
South and its remarkable rise in automobile and
truck vehicle production. Every time a major automaker
makes a major move in the South, "the Southern
Auto Corridor" is where media reports
the move was made. The phrase did not exist 20
years ago.
