ALABAMA
Hyundai Supplier Building Plant in Prattville
Venture Industries will construct a $100 million plant in
Prattville to produce dashboards, body panels and front-end
systems for Hyundai's new plant in neighboring Montgomery.
Venture is building a 670,000-square-foot plant that will
eventually employ 600 workers. Venture is based in Michigan.
South Korean Auto Supplier Lands in Alexander City
Samlip Industrial, a manufacturer of automotive lighting
parts, has announced it is building a 130,000-square-foot
plant in Alexander City. The company will supply the Hyundai
assembly plant currently under construction near Montgomery.
The company will employ 400 once production begins in the
fall of 2004.
Hyundai Supplier Building $70 Million Plant in Greenville
Another Hyundai supplier has announced a facility in Alabama.
Hwashin, a South Korean manufacturer of chassis and other
auto body parts, is investing $70 million and creating 400
new jobs in rural Greenville, Ala. Greenville is located on
Interstate 65 south of Montgomery, site of the massive Hyundai
assembly plant currently being built.
Primary Supplier for Hyundai Chooses Enterprise
Officers of HS R&A Co., Ltd., headquartered in Yangsan,
Korea, have selected Enterprise for a new multi-million dollar
manufacturing facility. HS R&A, Korea's leading manufacturer
of rubber products for the automotive industry, is a primary
supplier for Hyundai Motor Company. The company will locate
its plant in Yancey Parker Industrial Park, and will create
350 new jobs.
Mando Corp. to Invest $30 Million in Opelika
Mando Corp. is expanding its global presence with the announcement
in April of their first North American manufacturing facility
that will be built in Opelika, Ala. The automotive supplier
makes braking, suspension and steering systems and will supply
the Hyundai assembly plant being built near Montgomery. The
company is investing $30 million and will hire 150 associates
when fully operational.
Hyundai Supplier Project Lands in Fort Deposit
A joint-venture supplier project with Sejong Industrial Co.
of Korea and ArvinMeritor will create 100 new jobs in a new
$10 million manufacturing facility in Fort Deposit. Construction
on the plant is expected to take a year. The project will
supply automotive parts for the Hyundai assembly plant.
Foreign Oil & Gas Company Investing $20M in Mobile
Aker Kvaerner, a Norwegian offshore oil and gas equipment
company is building a new plant in Mobile that will house
50 workers. The company has chosen a former Navy base site
on Mobile Bay.
ARKANSAS
Gerber Investing $65 Million in Plant
Gerber Products is expanding its baby food facility in Fort
Smith, Ark. The New Jersey-based company is investing $65
million in the expansion, which will convert the plant's packaging
production to plastic. No details were given in terms of additional
jobs. The company employs 600 at the facility.
Food Packager Announces Plant in Rogers
Cryovac, one of the world's largest makers of food packaging,
is building a 165,000-square-foot facility in Rogers, Ark.
The plant will make shrink film that can be converted to food
packaging. The company will employ about 100 when operational,
which should be in early 2004. A Cryovac spokesperson said
Arkansas was chosen over three other states.
Trailer Company Opening in Conway
Interstate Group announced in the spring it would begin manufacturing
cargo trailers in Conway. The Phoenix-based company will be
housed in several buildings at the former Spirit Homes facility.
The company expects to hire 100 at full production.
FLORIDA
Citibank to Stay, Expand in Jacksonville
Officials with Citibank have decided to stay in Jacksonville
and nix a move to Birmingham. The financial services giant
will invest $90 million on Jacksonville's Southside for a
new credit card operation and technology center. Citibank
will add at least 400 jobs to its current workforce of 3,400
in Jacksonville. Plans call for 500,000 square feet of office
space to be constructed during the expansion.
Lease Signed in Orlando Central Park
SDE Logistics has leased a 200,000-square-foot bulk warehouse
in Orlando Central Park. The company is a startup provider
of logistics and warehousing. SDE signed a five-year lease
at an aggregate rent of $2.5 million, which makes it the largest
deal so far this year in the Orlando area.
Plastics Company Lands in Osceola County
P.R. Manufacturing, a plastics manufacturer that makes tools
and molds for a variety of products, is moving into the Poinciana
Industrial Park in Poinciana, Fla. The company will hire 60
in the move.
Customer Contact Center Expands in Crestview
N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, one of the nation's leading
providers of extended service contracts and buyer protection
programs, has completed the expansion of its contact center
in Crestview, Fla. Crestview is located in the Florida Panhandle.
The expansion will create 160 new jobs for a total of 460
workers housed in the newly expanded facility.
GEORGIA
New York Life Picks Atlanta
New York Life has selected Atlanta for a new corporate data
center. The mutual insurance company based in New York City,
looked at Charlotte and Dallas before selecting metro Atlanta.
The insurance carrier is moving into a 95,000-square-foot
facility that was designed to be a BellSouth Entertainment
data center. New York Life will increase the size to 135,000
square feet. The company is investing $100 million in the
project and will employ 140.
Automotive Supplier Expands Plant in Lavonia
Kautex-Textron, a plastics manufacturer that makes automotive
fuel tank systems and windshield wiper reservoirs, is adding
100 new employees and investing over $10 million at its plant
in Lavonia, Ga. The company is doubling the size of its facility
to 160,000 square feet because of new contracts signed with
DaimlerChrysler, Mitsubishi and General Motors.
Langboard Expands Quitman Mill
Langboard OSB is investing $70 million in its strand board
plant in Quitman, Ga. Strand board is used as panels for walls
and floors and typically is produced in nine-foot panels.
The new expansion will add a new production line at the Quitman
plant that will make eight-foot strand board panels.
Level 3 Communications Moving 300 Jobs to Atlanta
Level 3 Communications, which recently purchased competitor
Genuity, will close an Internet operations facility in Woburn,
Mass. and move it to Atlanta. Level 3 plans to relocate more
than 300 people from Woburn, Dallas and London to downtown
Atlanta. Most of the employees will work in the former downtown
Macy's store.
Counter, Display Company Building Facility
Leeman Architectural Woodwork, a maker of custom checkout
counters and displays for retailers such as Circuit City,
Borders Books and The Home Depot, has announced plans to build
a 350,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility
in Powder Springs near Atlanta. The move consolidates three
other Leeman facilities. The company is expected to hire 350
workers in the deal.
Primerica Signs Lease for Printing Plant
Primerica Financial Services, a division of CitiGroup, leases
112,500 square feet at Lawrenceville, Ga.'s Progress Distribution
Center III. The company signed a 15-year lease. Primerica
plans to use the facility for printing and distribution of
financial materials. No job totals were given.
RV Builder Expands in Fitzgerald
Coachmen Recreational Vehicle Co. is buying a 100,000-square-foot
building in Fitzgerald, Ga., located near Albany. The RV maker
will manufacture travel trailers and fifth wheel rec vehicles.
Fifty employees will work at the plant.
Aviation Training Center Project Goes to Atlanta
A new $60 million flight simulation center is locating near
Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. FlightSafety Boeing
Training International, which is being renamed to Alteon,
is building a 52,000-square-foot facility near Hartsfield
that will feature six full-flight simulators. Fifty employees
will work at the new aviation-training center.
Carter Holdings Leases 500,000 Square Feet Near Atlanta
Atlanta-based clothier Carter Holdings has leased its fourth
distribution center in Georgia. This one is 500,000 square
feet and located in Henry County, south of Atlanta. The company
makes infant and children's clothing and operates three other
distribution centers in Hogansville, Griffin and Barnesville,
Ga.
KANSAS
Distributor Moving Headquarters to Overland Park
American Identity, an apparel promotional products distributor,
is relocating its headquarters from Kansas City to Overland
Park. The company will relocate 300 employees and add 50 more
in the move.
Somerset Industries Locating in Liberal
Somerset Industries, with plants in Pennsylvania and Nevada,
has announced that it will open a manufacturing and distribution
center in the former Nash Finch building in Liberal. The company,
based in Nevada, distributes low-cost, nutritious institutional
food items to the correctional food service market. Customers
include the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Up to 50 new jobs will
be created.
KENTUCKY
Automotive Supplier Creating 230 Jobs in Mount Sterling
Kyosan Denso, a partner with Kyosan Denki of Winchester,
Ky., and Denso International of Southfield, Mich., is building
a new 44,000-square-foot plant on a 14-acre site in Mt. Sterling,
Ky. The company is a maker of automotive parts and its biggest
customer is the Toyota Motor Manufacturing facility in Georgetown.
The company is expected to employ 230 workers at the new plant.
Food Processor Building in Rural Kentucky
Using attractive tax credits available from the Kentucky
Rural Economic Development Act, T. Marzetti Co., a maker of
salad dressing and food dips, announced it is building a 220,000-square-foot
plant in Horse Cave. The company will hire 190 workers upon
opening the plant, which is expected to be operational in
2004. T. Marzetti is based in Columbus, Ohio and is a subsidiary
of a UK concern.
Republic Airlines Selects Louisville
Republic Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic
Airways Holdings has chosen Louisville International Airport
for the company's corporate headquarters, crew base and primary
aircraft maintenance facility. The company will complete DOT
and FAA certification soon, in order to fly 50-passenger regional
jet aircraft as a U.S. Airways Express carrier, with scheduled
service beginning in summer of 2003. The airline plans to
operate twenty 50-passenger Embraer ERJ 145 jet aircraft,
with plans to have 10 aircraft in operation by the end of
2003, and 20 aircraft in service by July of 2004. Regional
will employ a staff of 355, including pilots, flight attendants,
maintenance technicians, management and support staff. The
company will occupy temporary facilities until a new corporate
headquarters and maintenance facility is built at Louisville
International Airport.
New Plastics Plant for Louisville
Michigan-based Plastech Engineered Products has leased a
331,000-square-foot building at Jefferson Riverport International
in Louisville that will house 425 workers. The new plant is
the second in Louisville. The facility formerly housed a distribution
center for Valley Media, a California-based distributor of
music and DVDs. Plastech makes, paints and assembles injection-molded
parts for the automotive industry. The company's other facility
in Louisville employs 370 workers. The company received $8.5
million in state income tax credits from the deal.
Alabama Company Announces Kentucky Deal
Tuscaloosa, Ala.-based Seapac, which processes, packs, houses
and distributes dry bulk products, is adding 200,000 square
feet to an existing 50,000-square-foot building in Eddyville,
Ky. Seapac is investing $11 million and will hire 45 workers
to work at the facility.
LOUISIANA
Shreveport Lands New Warehouse
A wholesale sportswear company has opened a 60,000-square-foot
warehouse in Shreveport. Stardust Corp. is a leader in imprintable
sportswear and is headquartered in Wisconsin. The deal will
create 15 new jobs.
MARYLAND
Progressive Adding 100 New Jobs in Baltimore County
Ohio-based auto insurer Progressive Corp., is tripling the
size of its Baltimore County facilities and adding 100 new
jobs. The company leased 36,000 square feet at the Red Brook
Corporate Center in Owings Mills.
Connex Locating HQ in Maryland
Connex NA, one of the world's leading providers of private
passenger ground transportation, is locating its U.S. corporate
headquarters in the Baltimore area. Connex is the parent company
of Yellow Transportation.
MISSISSIPPI
Helicopter Manufacturer Expands
American Eurocopter is building a plant in Columbus/Lowndes
County, Miss. that will expand before its completed. The helicopter
manufacturer announced in the spring quarter it would add
to its initial workforce when the plant becomes operational.
The company will now hire 125 initially for the $10 million
plant. The company will eventually employ 500 to assemble
copters in Lowndes County.
Motorcycle Plant to Open in Merigold
Knight Line Products, a manufacturer of motorcycles and ATVs,
will open a plant in Merigold, Miss. that will produce up
to 1,500 units annually. The company expects to employ up
to 120 workers.
Future Electronics Breaks Ground in Southaven
A distributor of semiconductor and electro-mechanical components
has broken ground for a new distribution center in Southaven,
Miss. Future Electronics, in operation for more than 32 years
and employing more than 6,000 employees worldwide, is investing
$40 million in the new center. Up to 350 jobs are expected
to be filled at the new facility.
MISSOURI
Boeing Relocating Division to St. Louis
St. Louis is the new home of Boeing's Future Combat Systems
division. The move from California will include some relocated
positions as well as new hires in St. Louis. Boeing officials
said the new headquarters of the division will house 500 employees.
The Future Combat Systems division is digitizing the Army's
ground forces.
Packaging Company Expanding in Chillicothe
Associated Packing Technologies is adding 120 jobs at its
food container plant in Chillicothe, Mo. It's the third expansion
for the company's plant in the last two years. This one will
add 96,000 square feet to the existing facility. The company
makes containers for the food industry.
NORTH CAROLINA
Timken Expanding for Third Time
The Timken Co., is planning a $3.5 million expansion of its
bearing plant in Lincoln, Co., N.C. The company will add a
production line that will make brakes and wheel-end components
for cars and trucks. The expansion will add a minimum of 20
jobs to the 650-employee workforce. It's the third expansion
of the Ohio-based company's 560,000-square-foot facility located
between Charlotte and Hickory.
Pharma Adding Space, Jobs
Pennsylvania-based Wyeth Vaccines is adding 115,000 square
feet to its vaccine manufacturing facility in Sanford, N.C.
The company is closing its New Jersey plants as part of the
expansion in North Carolina. A new children's vaccine is the
reason for the expansion, which will create 350 new jobs.
Lumberton Site of 220 New Jobs
QEP Co., a maker of tools, has plans to move into an existing
250,000-square-foot facility in Lumberton, N.C. The company
is expected to hire 220 workers at the plant. QEP currently
operates plants in Florida and Missouri. One of those plants
will close to accommodate the new North Carolina facility.
Andrx Pharmaceuticals Opening Plant in Morrisville
Davie, Fla.-based Andrx Pharmaceuticals has announced it
has purchased a manufacturing facility in Morrisville, N.C.,
located between Raleigh and Durham. The $28 million purchase
of the 500,000-square-foot former Bristol-Myer Squibb facility
and 96 acres adjacent to Research Triangle Park is the first
North Carolina operation for the company. The facility will
be used primarily for manufacturing and related quality assurance
and quality control operations. Andrx has a pipeline of more
than 30 generic product candidates pending FDA approval. Andrx
expects to invest another $87 million in the plant prior to
startup of its pharmaceutical manufacturing. No job figures
were available.
OKLAHOMA
Michelin Investing $200M in Ardmore Tire Plant
Michelin North America is adding 45 new employees and spending
$200 million at its tire plant in Ardmore, Okla. The South
Carolina-based tire manufacturer took advantage of a new incentives
package passed by the state in 2002 that is directed at tire
makers. Michelin will expand the size of the plant and add
production capacity.
Cardinal Glass Industries to Open Plant in Durant
Minneapolis-based Cardinal Glass Industries will build a
new float-glass plant in Durant. The 600,000 square foot plant
will be operational by mid-2004 and will employ 240 workers.
It will be Cardinal's fourth float-glass plant and its 20th
glass plant nationwide. Float glass is used in windows, aquariums,
mirrors, picture frames and other flat glass applications.
The Durant plant is expected to melt about 600 tons of glass
per day.
Honeywell Announces Tulsa Expansion
Honeywell announced in the spring that the Tulsa, Okla. Repair
and Overhaul facility would expand and gain the capability
of adding electric power components found on all commercial
and military aircraft. The components convert engine power
on 737s, 747s, 757s and A320s to electric power. About 100
new jobs will be created by the expansion.
SOUTH CAROLINA
MC2 Building Facility in Winnsboro
MC2 Finishing Solutions, an automotive supplier, is building
a 40,000-square-foot electrocoating and powder coating plant
in Fairfield County, S.C. The company coats metal products
used in the automotive industry and other sectors. MC2 is
investing $5 million in the project and is expected to hire
25 workers initially.
Lawn Furniture Company Opens Warehouse in Rowesville
Southern Patio, a seller of lawn and garden furniture, has
moved into a 442,000-square-foot facility formerly operated
by Greenwood Mills. The warehouse, located in Orangeburg County,
will house 50 workers.
Customer Service Center to Operate Out of Former Sewing
Factory in Swansea
SwanseaNIC is spending about $1 million to renovate a former
sewing plant in Swansea, S.C. The debit card customer service
center will employ 200 when operational.
Fuji Photo Film Expands Again in Greenwood
Fuji Photo Film, which has invested nearly $2 billion since
1988 at its facilities in Greenwood, S.C., is at it again.
The company has announced it is investing $100 million in
an expansion of its PS Plate plant to expand production of
computer-to-plate printing technology for the graphic arts
industry.
Pipe Maker Plans Plant in Anderson
German-based auto parts manufacturer Fraenkische Rohrwerke
announced in March it would hire 70 workers for a new facility
in the Upstate. The company will make corrugated pipe at the
new Anderson. Customers of the German concern include BMW.
TENNESSEE
Toyota to Build Plant in West Tennessee
Toyota will build a $124 million engine block plant in the
Jackson/Madison County Industrial Park and will create 200
new jobs. Site preparation and construction will begin later
this year, with production expected by late 2005. The new
facility is a project of Toyota and Bodine Aluminum, a Toyota
wholly-owned subsidiary.
Shelbyville Lands Auto Supplier
Summit Polymers is building an interior automotive parts
plant in Shelbyville. The injection-molding plant is expected
to house 175 new workers. Summit chose Shelbyville over 12
other Tennessee markets and two in Kentucky.
Verizon Hiring 1,000 in Rutherford County
Verizon Wireless announced it is opening a 160,000-square-foot
call center in Murfreesboro that will house 1,000 workers.
The telecommunications company signed a 10-year lease on a
building in this city located southeast of Nashville. The
center will open for business in October.
Moll Industries Relocates from Florida to La Vergne
Moll Industries, a designer and manufacturer of custom molded
plastic products, is emerging from bankruptcy and moving its
headquarters from Davie, Fla. to La Vergne, Tenn. In addition
to moving its headquarters to an existing facility in La Vergne,
the Moll is consolidating its Austin and San Antonio facilities
to a new location in New Braunfels, Tex. Moll sells its products
to Dell Computer, Whirlpool and Xerox among other large corporations.
Houston Company Expands to Lexington
Houston-based NCI Building Systems has announced it will
build an $8 million plant and hire 200 in Lexington, Tenn.
The company makes frames for metal buildings. The new plant
will take the place of another unknown NCI facility that will
close.
Discount Grocer Building 400,000 S.F. Center in Wilson
County
Aldi, a discount grocery retailer, has purchased nearly 100
acres in Wilson County, Tenn., located just east of Nashville.
The company plans to build a $25 million, 400,000-square-foot
distribution center to serve stores in Alabama, Kentucky and
Tennessee. The deal will create 120 new jobs in the city of
Lebanon.
Automotive Supplier Breaks Ground in Dickson
Bridgestone APM is building a plant in Dickson, located about
40 miles west of Nashville. The company is a supplier of absorption
materials used in automobile interiors and its customers include
Nissan, Toyota and Honda. The company is expanding an existing
facility to 165,000 square feet and creating 70 new jobs.
TEXAS
Samsung Upgrades Semiconductor Plant with $500M Investment
Samsung is spending $500 million to upgrade its existing
semiconductor facility in Austin. The project will add 40,000
square feet of clean room space and the facility will be updated
from 130-nanometer to 90-nanometer technology. Samsung employs
950 workers at its Austin facility. The expansion is expected
to create 300 new jobs. It's the first major expansion of
a semiconductor plant in the South in five years.
Infonxx Adding 2,000 Jobs in San Antonio
A Pennsylvania-based call center operation is adding 2,000
jobs in San Antonio. Infonxx, a directory-assistance call
center operation that provides advanced information services
has secured 25,000 square feet of space near where it occupies
17,500 square feet of space in the Alamo City. The company
currently employs 500 in the Texas market.
Call Center Opening in Mission
T-Mobile USA is leasing a 75,000-square-foot call center
in the Rio Grande Valley in Mission, Tex. The Washington-based
telecom is placing the 680-employee call center because of
the areas large bilingual workforce.
Furniture Manufacturer Building Facility in Dallas
American Leather has broken ground on a 250,000-square-foot
manufacturing and distribution plant in Dallas. The company
employs about 300 in Dallas and the new building will house
75 more.
CVS Building Distribution Center in Ennis
CVS has opened 40 new drugstores in Texas in the last two
years. Might as well support those new stores with a $120
million distribution center. The facility is being built in
Ennis, Tex. and will employ at least 220 workers. The Ennis
facility, the first west of the Mississippi River, is the
10th distribution center for the pharmaceutical retail giant.
Sanmina-SCI Locates Optics Center in Allen
Sanmina-SCI Corp., a global leader in electronic manufacturing
services, has purchased Alcatel USA's Optical Board Solution
and moved into the Allen, Tex. location. The 288,000-square-foot
facility housed 175 employees, but Sanmina-SCI will increase
that to 280 initially and 500 within three years.
VIRGINIA
Latest Wal-Mart Distribution Center Lands in Rural Virginia
In the last 10 years, Wal-Mart has built or announced 26
big box distribution centers in the South. The 27th has landed
in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley in Mount Crawford. Wal-Mart
is creating 1,000 new jobs and investing $55 million for the
regional distribution center. The 1.2 million-square-foot
warehouse will be located just off Interstate 81. Virginia
successfully competed with Pennsylvania and Maryland for the
project.
Philip Morris USA to Relocate HQ to Richmond
Philip Morris USA will move its corporate headquarters from
New York City to the former Reynolds Metals corporate complex
in Henrico County. Through a two-tier economic development
project, the company will create 450 jobs at the new headquarters
as well as invest more than $300 million in its manufacturing
facility in Richmond.
Gray Hawk Systems Expands in Virginia
Virginia-based Gray Hawk Systems will invest $8.7 million
to expand its operations across Virginia. Over the next three
years, the company will create more than 200 new jobs at its
Alexandria headquarters and Virginia offices in Arlington,
Prince William County, King George County, Norfolk and Virginia
Beach. Gray Hawk Systems provides professional engineering
services for the federal government. The company began with
a small technical base in the Navy's AEGIS program. Today,
the Department of Defense is a major client. The company also
provides systems, secure communications, and data management
expertise to Federal agencies.
Unisys Consolidation Will Create 900 Jobs in Fairfax
Unisys Corp. is consolidating its federal government division
to Fairfax, Va. and the move could result in the creation
of 900 new jobs. The company is consolidating into a 275,000-square-foot
office in Reston.
Ford Building Parts Center in Frederick
Ford announced in April it is building a regional parts distribution
center in Frederick County, Va. The 250,000-square-foot big
box should be ready for occupancy in November. Ford is investing
$13 million in the project and chose Virginia over Maryland.
Roanoke County Lands New Manufacturing Facility
Marvin Windows and Doors, a Minnesota-based corporation,
has chosen Roanoke County's Gateway Business Park as the site
of a new manufacturing facility for its line of Integrity
Windows & Doors. The facility will create 150 new jobs
within the next 30 months, and 350 by the end of 2008. Integrity
will invest $32 million within the next five years, $15 million
in Phase I and $17 million in Phase II.
Liebherr Expands its Newport News Operations
Liebherr, a manufacturer of mining and construction machinery,
is expanding its operations in the City of Newport News. Through
a $4 million investment, the company is making modifications
to its existing plant. The company will add 134 new positions
in the expansion. Liebherr is headquartered in Switzerland.
Distribution Center Expands in Chesapeake
Hudd Distribution, a subsidiary of shipping giant Maersk,
is expanding its distribution facility in Chesapeake, Va.
Hudd will create 260 new jobs in the deal and invest $14 million.
The company will add 80,000 square feet to it 225,000-square-foot
existing warehouse.
Metalsa Expands Roanoke Valley Operation
Mexico-based Metalsa, a maker of truck frames, has announced
it is expanding its operations in Botetourt County, located
near Roanoke, Va. The company will build a 150,000-square-foot
facility adjacent to its existing facility in the Vista Corporate
Park. The investment totals over $25 million and the company
will hire an additional 70 employees.
Big Deal in Rural Virginia
A direct mail company is investing nearly $9 million and
creating 160 new jobs in rural Franklin, Va. California-based
Money Mailer will move into an available spec building. The
company will print and distribute direct mail ad pieces for
its East Coast clients.
Ashford Court Expands Again in Richmond
For the second time in less than two years, Ashford Court,
a Richmond-based decorative pillow and linen manufacturer
is expanding again. The company opened three years ago with
a 44,000-square-foot facility in Richmond. It announced in
late April it will relocate to a 115,000-square-foot facility.
WEST VIRGINIA
Cabela's to Create 1,200 Jobs
Gov. Bob Wise and representatives of Cabela's Inc., one of
the world's foremost outfitters, announced the location of

Infocision Management Corp., a leader in call center services
for Fortune 1000 companies, has opened a new operation in
Harrison County, W.V. The company expects to employ 400 by
the summer. The company operates 21 call centers at 11 locations
in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
